Greater production capacity

With high-speed processing, patented low-maintenance design and optimized work areas, Speedy laser engravers are designed to increase production capacity and efficiency. With processing speeds up to 140/inches per second, they are faster than any other flatbed laser on the market. Our patented CeramiCore® ceramic laser tubes provide Speedy laser engravers with rapid pulse rates that allow them to create precise details at maximum speed. Speedy laser engraving machines are also built with InPack® Technology, a patented design feature that encloses the fragile system-critical components in a rugged housing, protecting them from the dust and debris produced from cutting and engraving, which minimizes maintenance and downtime, increases product lifespan, and boosts productivity.

Endless applications

Trotec’s flexx technology maximizes output and reduces overhead, providing a rapid return on the investment. The system combines a CO2 laser for cutting and engraving a wide variety of materials (including plastic, wood, rubber and glass) with a fiber laser for marking plastics and metals, eliminating the need to use and maintain separate systems to process jobs that require both laser types. Using a single system is more efficient because it eliminates the need to stop and start jobs, and with one system and one beam source, maintenance costs and processing times are cut in half. Depending on the material, the two laser sources are activated alternately, allowing you to perform endless applications in one process step.
